This was my first build. My son's Halloween costume. The helmet took me four tries. Still didn't come out exactly the way I hoped.
It's all made from EVA foam.

As I'm not particularly familiar with the foam, except that I've used some sort of foam for my sidearm holster, it looks really good. I bet your kid was stoked.

Yes he was. I would have liked to do more to it but the helmet killed a lot of my time.

Helmets will do that. What did you do to make the dome?

I did it in pieces. I had tried following a you tube video by Raw Kustoms but It wouldn't work
