What is your preferred method for attaching toe spikes?

I got a set of nylon Shapeways toe spikes for my MOW boots and they are amazing!!
So.
What is your preferred method for attaching toe spikes?
I was thinking of using shoe goo and 3/4" screws.
Thoughts? I don't want to loose these puppies!

When I used the shapeways toe spike I just used some goop and the screws. It was pretty darn secure

I have mojospikes and I used his screws and a little bit of expoxy.

Shape ways toe spikes, Shoe gooed and screwed.. They came out pretty good, I placed them on the higher side of to help avoid toe scuffing.
