I was thinking about spurs, they would be cool. Guess that's another thing to search for on ebay.
It's really hard getting armour to fit me. I'm very small.
Believe it or not, that was the smallest jetpack I could find.

I think an important thing you should do is add something to cover you neck. Either a really thin turtle neck Under Armor shirt as a base layer, a dickie or a neck gaitor...maybe just wrap really thin cloth around your neck. Maybe you can make some rough brown leather pouches. Also add some leather belts. Adding layers and odds & ends to your kit will always make your kit look better. Since it's a western theme, brown leather stuff would look nice with your stuff.

and FYI, you CAN make female [plates out of aluminum or steel. there is a girl on one of these boards that has made some incredible armor from aluminum. and shes only like 16. I found her kit on deviant art, and have had some lengthy discussion with her on "how"
I would disagree on the jeans thing, but yes, accessorize! its awesome.
try this. PJ showed me a few weeks ago...
take the clothes youre using for the undersuit and wipe down your engine or wheel wells or BBQ pit with them. its makes it look soo cool.

A'den's (is there one too many apostrophies in that word?) right. But make sure you use the ash and charcoal from the pit. I had a friend try to wipe down the grill part of his BBQ pit, and just wound up smelling like old BBQ. Ick...

i love the guns you have made. they have really helped me as im making my own western style mando, and would love to have colt style pistols holstered. Looks awesome

Regarding bewb/no-bewb armour -- that depends largely on anatomy. Remember that this is all supposed to be form-fitting (although not skin-tight), and shouldn't be flappy or loose. It should move with you. Emma does great work with Aluminum (she's the one Jay mentioned -- and she's actually 18). You could do the gummed-tape-over-tight-Tshirt-cut-into-plates-and-then-fiberglassed method that others have done. I've also seen good work with a simple crease or bevel to the regular ol' Boba-plates. It depends on what/how much you have to work with. Main point is that the plates shoud be tight to the undervest, which should be tailored to fit (though, again, not skin-tight).
Boba and Jango were both conceived as "gunslingers" in a way. The original concept art and early costume tests for Boba drew heavily on Clint's spaghetti westerns:

, and and even though the final costume didn't, Ben Burtt still put in the sound of spurs chinking to go with Boba's footsteps cuz it sounds cool. Jango definitely has the theme going with the low-slung hlsters and "six-shooter" inspired blasters.
One thing that'd help with the Western theme might be a leather/faux leather vest like Jango's...
As far as colour... Depends on individual preference. Highly-polished metal actually stays fairly cool, due to how much it reflects. Light versus dark, though... *shrug* White resists heating up longer, but also retains heat longer. Black absorbs heat faster, but also cools down again faster. I always wore a black trench coat in summer. Once it got over 80° or so, I'd just wear it over my shoulders. Got plenty of airflow and never sweltered. It's even a popular colour amongst Berbers and Bedouin, so...
And I agree that rocketpack is pretty big for your size. >_>

Ok, kid gloves off and I really hope you don't take offence!
1. You're having serious chest trouble with those plates, either duct tape the chesticles down, or, despite what Karen Traviss says, make room for them
2. A poncho would look awesome with your outfit.
3. Buy some chaps, stick the leg armour to them, solves a lot of your issues. Either that or black (faux) leather pants would be fine!
4. Stop arguing with your mom
5. Your neck is exposed, I see in your drawing you use as cowboy style neckerchief, that coming soon?
6. I notice a lot of the items for your suit are also your casual/social wear, you need to make a decision and decide because social wear equals wear and tear and you'll find yourself without a pait of jeans and/or top.
You really have the makings of a great western style Mando, all it needs is a little bit of effort and you are there, please don't take my comments as negative, they are meant to encourage you
