Wow, this has to be the best ESB costume I have seen. Been gone from the boards since 2006 and only just returned and saw THIS on the first page. Amazing to see how much Boba Fett props have improved these past 8 years.

Amazing job. Everything looks perfect. I have to ask what process you went through to weather the flight suit and vest? It looks just how I want mine to look and mine are both Arkady also.

A lot of it is real grime from my epoxied garage floor. I simply cleaned the floor of the garage with the costume where there needed to be "carbon buildup." I also used the costume to clean up the rims off of our cars. The finishing touches were used with a can of spray paint for the final touches.

Well I can definitely do that! Did you lighten it or sand it first to wear it down?
