Tweaking my ammo belt

When I originally made my suit a couple years ago I used a 2 inch leather belt. After looking at some pictures recently I came to the conclusion it needed to be wider to fit my 6 Ft height. I already use taller ammo pouches for better scale. The first picture is how I've worn my suit since I first finished it.

How do you fasten the ammo belt? Is there Velcro on the underside of the flap? Also, how do you prevent it from moving around on top of the girth belt?

industrial velcro. I set the belt where I want it and use chicago screws through the ammo belt and girth belt.
