turk head knot tutorial?

Hi, I am trying to finish of my self-made wookie braids. I am up to the turk head knots (1-2 and 2-4). But there I'm stuck. Can't find a decent tutorial slow enough to guide me through. I keep making some mistake in the process.
anyone a good suggestion?

The correct knot is called a pineapple knot. I'll see if I can dig out my braiding book and send you a pic. You need a flat strip about 1/8-3/16" wide and these knots are best done on a rod or pencil then slid on the braid and the wrapping done beside them to capture them. I've done a million of them.
