trying to contact Sgt Fang

has any body have problems comtacting Sgt Fang before,
I ordered a helmet for him on 3-18 and I've tried to contact him a couple time through e-mails and P.M.s he's read them but no response I seen on the RPF some one order a helmet on the 26th and his will be shipped out on Monday. I just seeing that anybody else had this problem?

you need to go to the RPF board and it took a while to get mine

sgt.fang is a respected member of both this board and the rpf. He always delivers even if sometimes it takes a while. You must remeber that he is only human and does the best he can. If he hasnt responded to your pms give it some time. You may also want to try pming him over at the rpf as he seems to spend more time over on that board.

Yeah. He may take longer sometimes to get some orders out and he's hard to contact half of the time. Don't worry though, you'll get your stuff.

He is a busy man, sometimes alittle too busy. Awesome guy, and awesome work. Just keep trying and patience. You'll get your lid sooner or later.

I had ordered one of his helmets. When I first contacted him on a Thursday, he said that if he received payment he could have it shipped out the following Monday. So I sent money by PayPal.

Further into the following week I asked him for a tracking number. No response. Tried again, no response.

But the following day, it arrived safely without any damage or problems.

I think that in terms of shipping, he is reliable, and once it's sent out, he probably feels confident it will get there regardless. But some timely communication would be nice. However, if he's busy, I'd understand.

As others have already said, the Sarge is a busy man. Don't worry you'll get your helmet.
It tokk about 5 weeks to get mine in the UK due to the high volume of orders he had at the time, believe me, once you get it you won't be disappointed
