Source for Boots -- Kohl's

Hey guys, I work at Kohl's part time as an adset associate and also as cashier. The other night at work I was sent to shoes to help them sort and organize for a bit, and when I was adjusting the men's boots area, I spotted something miraculous -- A sign from the heavens that I should begin my Fett costume, as I had been thinking of for some time:

Price is $80 normally, on sale 50% off for $39.99, and with my employee discounts mine are going to be about $30 (discounts appear on my Kohl's charge card). However, I know that we currently have a scratch-off dot sale, so if you have a Kohl's card too, you can get 15-30% more off them!

Good luck, and happy hunting!

do these come in boys sizes? like a 5-6 for my son??

Honestly, I have no idea... I can't remember seeing any. Granted, our Kohl's is a "small market" Kohl's, and therefore we don't carry -everything-. I know Axcess is kinda like a men's dress line, so probably just for men's...

Heck, I was surprised they had a pair of 13 mediums for my honking feet! I immediately put those puppies on reserve until today

how are you going to replace the black heel for the white rubber flat sole?

Not entirely sure. Any suggestions? Maybe make a "filler" piece to fill in the triangle-ish area between the toes and ankle... Or do this:

But then again, I dunno... they're kinda nice boots, and the support is *really* nice from how much I've worn them so far -- not too much yet, but still... Bah! You are the killer of dreams, Saint! J/k...

I'd like to have a pair but there are not Kohl's in my area... anyone could get me a pair of these if I give my feet size??

Thanks!

Hey Simon--

Sorry about getting back to you so late, been busy with the holiday and school -- Cable Law is kicking my butt. I will go and check today (monday) as per your PM. Will get back to you tonight!

I picked up a pair on black Friday, they look good I don't think that I'll be converting them to Fett though not unless I get totally desperate. They will be a great help in makeing patterns when I make my own boots.

Be warnned they run a bit on the small size I had to get a 10.5 and they are still a bit snug. May have to get some shoe trees to stretch them a bit.

Kohls were pretty wiped out, I think I go the last pair of 10.5.

Thank you for the tip.

Alan
