Scratch Build Jet Pack Harness

Minor upgrade. My original harness rectangular rings were wrong. I was recently in a thrift store and noticed a belt that happened to have a slip buckle of the exact size needed. Not the right plating, but fine with silver paint.

So I have a question about the stability, I know it was asked earlier, but the way the bottom clips hook hon to that flat rail: if you sinch up the top straps does that pull the pack out of alignment? Or am I incorrect in assuming the upper pack straps are adjustable?

I am wrong... however, does this set up hold tight and distribute the weight well?

It holds tight, but when I made my neck and back armor, I did not take into account the harness. The neck armor pressed into my wind pipe. I had two Adams apples for days.
