New, Going for a Scout Trooper

Hello all,
My name is Joe, I am active duty Navy. I am joining the 501st NER soon. But I need a costume first. I am starting my build on a Scout Trooper. So far I have an ide on what I need and where I'll get it. Armor- Studio creations, Gloves- wampawear, Flightsuit- wampawear, all I really need guidance on is the cumberbund, boots, and a good helmet. Any suggestions/guidance would be appreciated. Glad to be a part of this community.

Welcome! The 501st and the charity work looks really good on EPR/OPR's

Have you seen the new RS Scout helmets? They are just about ready to start shipping and currently have pre-orders. They are kind of pricey since they are one off from a screen used bucket. pretty nice. google them (RS props), then and then store-> helmets. The boots you can probably make yourself, they are basically work boots (they're a specific kind) with some plastic or rubber wrapped around them. I bet you could get a pretty decent 3D printed scout blaster for a fair price too, if you don't already have one. The cummerbund; I have no clue. you might be able to make it yourself or hire someone if you had the directions...

Thank you, I will check that site out. I was able to get a lot of the parts I need so far, just a few more items then I can put it together.
