Well it almost came down to a photo finish but I managed to get my wife's Jawa costume ready for her to wear to school and surprise her class full of second graders.

She currently has a broken foot and has to wear a Velcro cast/boot so I didn't bother making her boots she couldn't wear . . . maybe next year.
- Mask: home made from a Jason hockey mask, two gumball machine eggs, and a simple LED circuit (thank you TK409.com for the idea)
- Gloves: Jersey gloves with black fur sewn on the back of the hands
- Robe and Hood: Hand sewn from a white Ralph Lauren estate blanket dyed with RIT dark brown
- Bandoleers: 1905 British bandoleer and two WWII German ammo pouches mounted on a hand made 2" Leather belt.
Now if I can just get my wife to stop saying Ewok instead of Jawa . . . though I think she was doing that to annoy me.
