Well ,.. I've had this Resign kit for a while and just started working on it. Here are some beginning pics of it.

I'm cleaning it up know and will start essembling it soon. I'll probably put a real scope on but not sure.

I'm also working on making a Mahagoney stock for it. Already got the wood and got the basic form out but need to shape it. Pic later of that.

I'm still some how getting the text wrong and they are not coming up on another text. What am I doing wrong?

I figured it out. I was putting spaced inbetween. all better know.

I formed my stock out of popular. Its as soft as pine so you can shape it fairly easy with a belt sander, but it has the grain texture of a hardwood.
