Since I was on a extremely tight budget for the rest of the bucket, even though a voice changer would be cool I just padded the helmet innards and added a pocket for my phone. My phone speaks for me (I recorded the phrases straight from the movies.), and when i get bored i turn music on so only I can hear it. As cheap as it is, I am actually quite happy with it.
