New Hunter
Hi everyone!
I wanted to share how I set up my sound glove and what components I used to build it.
Video of it in use
I used sound lines from Star Wars: Battlefront for my sound glove. You can find the sound files in this post on TDH: Boba Fett Sounds for Trooping.
I also plan to tidy up the wiring by gathering them into a wire sock for better organization.

Components:
- Soundbox COSVOX: eBay Link
- Cable ties: AliExpress Link
- Hot glue (for securing components)
- USB C cable (1.5m): AliExpress Link
- 3.5mm jack male-to-male cable (1.5m): AliExpress Link
- Powerbank (optional, there is an AAA battery pack included)
- Speaker (optional but recommended for better sound output)
Assembly:
The only modifications I made were attaching the buttons and unit to the straps. To add sound files to the unit, you’ll need to connect it via a USB-to-USB C cable. Inside the unit, there are 4 folders named sound 1, sound 2, sound 3, and sound 4. Each folder can hold 4 sound files per button.I used sound lines from Star Wars: Battlefront for my sound glove. Future Plans:
Initially, I planned to use Bluetooth to connect the sound glove to a pocket speaker, but it turned out to be more complicated than expected since both a TX and RX are required. I might try this again in the future.I also plan to tidy up the wiring by gathering them into a wire sock for better organization.
