Two ideas

1 Become good friends with someone who has a metal laith

2 or make it out of different sized tubing, possibly a bit of filling neccesary then adding on the little details.

Depends on how much money your willing to part with. If your on a budget, you can pick up the large transmission alignment tools at most auto parts stores then you just need to find a model kit that has a similar tip or fabricate one.
