Jango's vest - right measures

Hello guys,
any idea where I can get right measures for Jango's vest. I mean how big must be shoulder things....or where I can find their correct shape? I don't want make any mistakes, because that leather what I bought wasn't cheap.

I made a paper template by drawing around CRUZER's shoulder armor, then adding 1/2" to accomodate for sewing.

The best way is to make it based off the armor as stated.
