I'm month two into my ROTJ costume. Got my flight suit and vest from Cucblack (I'm very pleased with the fit and fabric.) I am using grommets and bolts to attach the armor. I've seen some excellent tutorials on this forum thanks everybody! The only thing I did not understand clearly, was how to apply grommets. I un-succesfully tried, and failed at using a cheap grommet tool and small grommets! I gave up after a few bad holes, but I found an excellent (but boring) video on youtube called Grommets 101. I hope it helps people who are trying this for their first time.
