How do YOU attach your collar armour to your back plate?

Hey there guys,
I have been pondering a few things on this screen accurate ROTJ build that I have been doing.

A few things have left me confounded as to how I will do the finishing touches while keeping it screen accurate
But also very importantly functional for 501st trooping.

How do you guys have your collar attach to your back armor?
I was thinking about making a pivot point on the side with the gaberdine using a Chicago screw and then
Epoxing Earth magnets in on the other side.
