FP chest diamond

so i just got my armor from FP today and im wondering whether the little black thingy (rectangular part) that comes taped to the chest diamond is supposed to be used (painted silver i guess?) or whether i should i do something else with it?

IIRC it's a cold cast piece, you should buff it off with a 0000 steel wool and it'll look like aluminium.

so youre telling me if i rub that black thing with 0000 steel wool it will look like aluminum?? sounds like magic to me :confused

Nah, just kidding. Cold Cast should be grey, not black, it doesn't look like CC so nope, it won't become aluminium. Do you have Rub & Buff? It's awesome, easy to apply, cheap and looks like metal (Silver Leaf is the colour), try it... Or paint it with silver spray, as you wish
