I made this thread to be more accessible for those who need the measurements and templates for the Ever Ready Minilight used for the right gauntlet torch (read more here ==> ESB Gauntlet greeblie help); this piece was discovered by mekroid and confirmed by me. Also many thanks to boba trooper for providing lots of images of the minilight that I used to create the templates.

And here are the measurements and a parts break-down for the minilight:

I managed to do an Ever Ready Minilight replica made with 1mm cardboard glued in 2-3 layers, but sadly I did a mistake at the battery support (I did it too short), so this is a non working version (although I managed to light up the bulb). I might try it again, but this time with a working replica.
Here are the images, more or less:

The red part was 'painted' with a red marker, while the white part was painted with correction fluid.
Now back to the drawing board...

IT IS ALIVE!!!

My Ever Ready Minilight v.2 replica is done and working! Although I broke the original light bulb, I replaced it with a white LED and it looks awesome; but will buy another light bulb for the sake of accuracy. This time the mini lantern was not painted, but covered with thin colored, shiny paper (the same used in magazines or promotional materials). The interior is not 100% accurate and I won't change it. This is how I did it to work:

The mini torch weights around 38g (or 1.34oz) and is a beautiful piece.

Just bought another light bulb and did the necessary adjustments on the mini lantern to work with the new bulb:

Now it has the correct warm light.

I also did for fun some Ever Ready battery layouts for the accuracy nuts. I did these layout using images found on the internet and although these are not quite accurate, I think will do their job:

The layout dimensions are 35mm width (32mm total circumference and an extra 3mm for the overlapping glue area) and 42mm height.
Here is how I did mine:
I had two AAA 1.5v batteries (similar in size and value to the ones used in the Ever Ready Minilight) and I said that I will transform them to Ever Ready batteries.

I printed out the A4 page...

...then using the transparent duct tape I covered the whole layout (in this case the lower left red layout from each group) except the white stripe (it's hard to see in the images).

By using the transparent duct tape you will have a shiny surface for your battery. It is important to start the glue process with the white stripe side of the layout (also watch out that the + polarity to be in the up position), this way ensuring that when you will go around the battery with the paper layout, it will have a good area to stick to.

And here are the 'brand new' Ever Ready batteries ready to use:
