Details on ESB gauntlet whipcord housing

I am building my gauntlets from scratch using WOF templates. But there isn't any info on the details on the ESB right gauntlet whipcord housing.

There appears to be some white squares? what's their dimensions and how thick are they or is it just paint? There also what appears to be two small dials.

The two "dials" are dental files. You can pick up real metal dental files from Bojagun in the cargohold or you can pick up 3D printed files from some people too. There is a third dental file on the ESB jetpack too.
I'll let someone else fill you in on the other details.

The dials remind me a bit of .22 shells. That is what I was going to use for mine. Also don't follow the templates exactly they are for ROTJ and the piece is too tall and a bit different. I made that mistake when i started making mine (still in the process)
