Dallas FedCon? Anyone know what happened?

Hi guys,
I was just reading about FedCon 08 and how the Con organizers shut it down on Saturday morning just shortly after it opened.
Any of the "DFW" crew know anything about this event? Sounds like the organizers really left people hanging on this one. :facepalm

Originaly, Aaron Douglas and James Callis from (AWSOME) BSG were supposed to be there. And I think in a nut shell, they weren't treated very fairly. Here's where Aaron posted his thoughts on evrything -
