Custom Mando :D (Pic Heavy)

Just got home from work, boy I guess I bring trouble where ever I go, one of the patients almost assaulted the Doctor.. The other nurses said that it's usually calm there all the time :LOL

Anyway, that's a LOT of pics, I guess I can turn off the whip ;) I cant wait to get my vests so I can attach my armor and get a feel for it.

Are you gonna buy a vest or make one?

Oh well, I'm gonna go get some sleep, g-night all.

Wow, life as a nurse seems....exciting for you! LoL, crazy, crazy...

I want to make my own vest, in which case I'll really have to look into the shapes and materials. But if that doesnt work then, duh, I'll proably buy one. Where'd you get urs again?

Sorry for double posting, but I was randomly looking for boots for my beskar'gam and wondered what you guys thought.

I like em and there only 20 bucks. And I can actually use them for occasions. :D But are the Mando enough?

Ya know, I was gonna get my wifey a pair like those for her Beskar'gam too, except in a purple/pink hue, I say GO FOR IT!

Oh yeah, tonight was (SIMI)Uneventful.. the same patient has new meds, but is still hearing the voices, and is quite threatening... I'm 5'11" 280LBS, BUT HE STILL SCARES ME, he was talking about how if God tells him to hit me he would. He had me in a corner alone, so I just told him that "well atleast God likes us don't he" he backed away enough for me to lock my butt into the med room :lol: He got two needles in the shebs for that one.
Anyway girl, you gotta get those boots, the price is right, and like you said you can use them for 'other' things too.

Well, the boots arent in stock. :cry Niether are the buckle ones... I'll have to do more searching then...

hate to say try ebay for the boots, oh wait I just said it didn' I. I've seen them there for like $30.00 shipped.

Well my first paycheck is this week, but I gotta catch up on the bills again, so I think I'm back in the game for my armor.

I found some white painters pants from dickie's I thought I'd give 'em a try... they come in RED too so I can make a Red/Black theme or just go X-mas and go red/green :lol:

Okay, well, my thread is slowly moving down the board so I should post something.

No boots still! But I remembered I have a pair that I like anyways and are non-dress/nice boots, which is a plus. :) Theyll probly work.

I bought actual Krylon Fusion: black and white (gloss). I also got metallic for the heck of it, even though it's not fusion. I think it'll stick. So I sprayed some sample/scrap pieces tonight.

Sorry I don't had pictures yet but I got a lot of work done! Shaping is nearly complete; I'm using the hair dryer and my dads work bench to do it. It's perfect! I also painted a few pieces with silver and masked them with toothpaste(lol). I feel accomplished! :) :D

I got toothpaste from another board.(I don't remember which one) And I don't like mustard. It's just not good tasting. :p

I am soooo excited about my beskar'gam!!! It's coming together! I got more shaping done and painted what pieces I could. Then I took some rags and tied them around the thigh and cod, attaching them with the cloth. I walked around proudly though it was kind of pathetic. :)
