Compression Tape

Hey everybody I notice as I remove and attach my gauntlets it's a pain to make sure my flight suit isn't getting caught as I connect and velcro up. I was thinking wrapping compression tape or something similar at least around my wrists to hold my flight suit close to my body might be a solution. Of course all under the gauntlets so not visible.

Wondering if anyone has any different ideas on how to tackle this nuisance? Thanks all.

Would an elastic band do the trick?

Do you use a adjustable Velcro strap also around the inside of the gauntlet to help hold it in place?

Elastic would probably do the trick, maybe make an attachment to the underside of the gauntlets. Currently i just use stick on Velcro patches on each edge where I attach the clasps.
