Boba Fett costume for my son this Halloween.

Hi Guys,
I haven been in this site for a long while. But I'd like to share my build of my sons Fett costume. I miss posting a Fett build..lol.

Anyways here are a few pics of my progress, I used templates to build then re-traced it all on illustrator and scaled till it was the right size.
I'm using 1/2" foam for the armor, I wanted to use sintra but I decided on foam for safety reasons.

I won't go too detailed as there are so many things you all know already.

I'm making Jango Fett for my son. I don't think it's going to look like a 501st approved one, but he's impressed with it so far. He'll also have it for Halloween and a comico coming up. I'm not so good at the jetpack stuff and cheated with a Fett backpack for kids. I'll post a picture when I finish it.

As for your Boba, I like what you've done so far.

ToEleven, I just used Foam mat, the king you get at Wal-Mart.

So far I've sealed the foam with Mod Podge and will start working on knee and gaunts this week.Will be posting pics once I have a good chunk of those done.

Hey guys, its crunch time, here is what I have on my iPhone as far a pics go.

I have a few key items to finish up.

Helmet will be a Hasbro possibly repainted. On top of this costume I have ANH Darth Vader for my other son.

Wish I had seen this before! I knew there was something that I should have done. Mod Podge the foam. I also made my son's costume and am looking forward to a real build now.

This came out great! I didn't have time to do the belt or full knee pads or pockets on flight suit lol. Next time for sure!
