blue or greenish??

i just had the chance to see a rotj stunt pack up close... hopefully this will help with the color discussion:

i tried to get the white balance on the camera as "right" as possible to ensure accurate color matching.

it did look *slightly* greener in person, but only very, very slightly. i know that screen colors are all subject to calibration and such, but on my screen at least, that looks almost exactly like it did up close (this is in steve sansweet's collection, so i trust the authenticity of it, despite the plaque saying esb)

I like that green, but it is not canon, so I wouldn't even think of painting mine that way.

hm, just to let ya all know, I posted this thing months ago because I was confused by the reference material available and was about to start repainting my own jet pack.

think it's pretty clear now it is actually blue... but it was clear for me months ago aswell, mostly due to Tylerdurden's post and I actually made myn blue...

also, tk7602's post with the pictures was very helpfull, specially for people who are equally confused as I was back then :D thnx!!

so that about wraps up the point of this thread, if you know what I'm gettin' at... :p
