Finishing Mando S2 Boba Fett today. Vinyl accents are finished. I’m adding final grime with Testors paints. I lightly brush on the thinned paint, then dab it with paper towels to create a convincing layer of dirt. Pretty much done. I’ll shoot final project photos soon.

I usually rely on rattle cans, but this was a mix of some enamels I had on hand. A rust red and sort of a pale orange. Custom mix. I dulled it down with more rust color. Everyone's kill stripes for re-armored boba seem to be a brighter orange than the actual helmet seems to be, so I toned it down.

I made the stencil with paint tape. See previous posts.
