Attaching armor to my vest with bolts

You know....Chicago screws might actually work better then most methods Ive seen....being the base is flat and all...and theres no screw to poke you. Never though about that.

The backplate is NOT attached how most people attach it actually....look at the ROTJ screen grabs theres a hook and loop method similar to how the jetpack hooks work. The collar attaches to the vest has hooks that attach it to the backpate. The backplate is kinda floating there. Thanks for the reply, F4R! I think I might rig up something similar to StrumFett's collar/backplate method. Now, has anyone tried attaching the knees and/or kidney & codpiece to the flightsuit with snap fasteners?
