Any idea how to fix it ?.
How could straighten out around the ears ?
A helmet made of lightweight PVC 2 mm and ears made of the resin.
I thought of the unfolded state in hot water but I fear that the whole shape of the helmet can bend

I made helmet from different templates then ears so looks strange. I use my oven, but it was wrong decision, so now I have much more work to do whit repair helmet.:cry

I would use some bondo to fill the gaps between the ears and the helmet. Then sand it smooth and primer it. Have a look where to tweak a bit and if you like insert a fine small line that normally is between the ears and the helmet.

That´s what I would do. Hope it helps brother.

I've come across this before, heat the ear up and shape it to the helmet. Once it is painted, you will never notice it.
