General Alco push button switch

Electronics dudes, I have a 3 position toggle that I am trying to rewire to an Alco. It is Down-Off-Up .Will the first switch on the thread give me a momentary push button that will allow me to send a down-up pules? My current switch is SPDT, so 3 leads. It just stays in position, so I have to go Down-Off to get it to activate, and then Up-Off. And it is not an Alco. I just ordered some switches from RKD, so I guess there is a way to split this off into two switches, I just wanted to preserve a switch for the potential use of a smoking jet pack.

Thanks in advance... I am somewhat new to wiring. I was hoping for a momentary that sends a single pulse with the push of a button. I don't know if there is an Alco that does that.
