No, I just thought I'd man the booth from Tucson. I'll set up a webcam link.



Yes! I got clearance from "The Boss" to make the journey! Now I just have to clear it through my boss (lowercase ). But it won't be an issue to take a couple days leave to give me a nice long weekend of sci-fi fun! :cheers

Hey everybody. I'm pretty much finished with the ship now, enough to move on to the helmet and then the suit. I've been very busy the last week or so. You'll probably find out why later on this week. :rolleyes

Man that's looking killer!
Although I find the big letters across Fett's shins a bit distracting.

Dang! Just looked at the Expo website. . . Jewel had to cancel. :facepalm

If you are running the booth for a total of 5 hours, then I'd recommend 1-hour shifts if there are enough of us there for that (it looks like there will be.)

I hope you'll offer a DVD of the presentation to your TDH brethren here. It'll be so great to see you guys present to Mr. Bulloch one of the best suits ever compiled.

I got a chance to take a good picture outside. This is more or less what the painting actually looks like (on my monitor, anyway). I'm planning to do a bit more glazing on the sky to make the colors pop out a little more. That won't take long, then I can get started on the suit!
