Hi.

Can anybody tell me if there are any UK or Europe suppliers of ROTJ soft parts i.e Cape,girth belt,braids?

Nothing wrong with U.S just trying to avoid the dreaded import tax

For the girth belt search for Centaur Mohair Girth belt and see what shows up. I am sure there are horses in Europe too, they have to sell girth belts there.
