Looking great! Is that whole form filled with expanding foam? Floral foam? Nougat?

Hmmm, nougat...No, just a block of insulation foam, there to support the overall form during construction.

Third! My PP3 helmet is a TF from his original run. It's an outstanding helmet.

A couple more cheeky shots... Now my least favorite part of building this helmet, the lower cheeks have been placed and replaced four or five times to get them right... You will also notice i have carefully Dremeled the visor area out, finishing off with a file and sand paper.

Here are a couple of shots of test fitting my alloy ears. The lower cheeks have been replaced again at this stage, hopefully for the last time! The next stage is building out the rear panels and key slot section...

You mean why scratch build a helmet when there are a plethora of screen accurate helmets with lineage to the original screen used helmet out there?
