Adding inside right gauntlet pics



Once you grind down the mini light you can superglue the white half to the gauntlet then i added two small screws to hold the red battery pack half the rest of the gauntlet. the batteries can be changed if needed by removing the screws.

Going to start working on the Pre-Pro 2 Knees soon. Converting an ESB FP knee set to PP2, then adding DarkSide aluminum with an J.A. Michell found part.

Ok been putting in some time on my PP2 knees.

Started out with FP's ESB set.


I used a heat gun to push down the ESB dents a bit then added the PP2 dents. After applying heat to the right knee area i pushed in the large round indentation with a beer glass i keep in the freezer.


Added bondo, sand, prime, added red spot filler then sand again prime again over and over hehe.


hoping this is the last round off body filler so i can paint on the silver coat.

For the attachments I'm going to use two snaps on the out sides and one on the insides. The straps are adjustable and attached with Velcro.


I'm happy with the knees but if i had to do them over again I would make many corrections, all good for now hehe

Thanks for the nice words, Syper! I would do some touch-ups to the yellow scratches on the knees, more exactly lighten it up a bit, so you can differentiate it (visually) from the base color. I think a bit of lighter yellow applied with a brush will do its job.

It did cross my mind, I'm happy you brought it up. after a while sanding and painting over and over one gets a bit stir crazy. so nice to have a fresh set of eyes on hand. thanks Brother I'll make corrections soon but I may need additional assistance / clearification, I'll PM you if thats ok. thanks

Starting work on the jetpack, it’s a ROTJ paint, that needs some cleaned up, I'll be adding found parts with DarkSide and JodoKast89 aluminum parts. I’ll take all the advice I can get converting it over to PP2. I'll post pics soon

Sorry the lighting is a bit weak your looking at my MOW PP2 Gauntlets and a Vac-formed PP2 set by an unknown maker (to me).
