Thanks man! I hit a snag with some soft parts but trying to work that out. Rifle is on the way as well as sling greeblies and new chest and hip box greeblies.

Moving along slowly:..

Took most of the afternoon and evening to make some progress on my fennec MK. Still a long way to go on this absolute beast of a rifle.

Thanks guys ! Yeah that’s weird. I still have a ton of work to do . I’m installing steal rods into to reinforce the middle and some new sling hardware. Maybe by tonight I might have all the pieces ready for some paint.

Pretty cool update. The rifle was a big challenge getting it all squared away. I added stainless steel rods through it just dude to the seat size of it. In the end I think it’s going to workout just fine.
Black paint is starting to go down and I hope to have some more detailed pics by Sunday.

Update update. The MK rifle is coming along! The black is down as well as some other colors. I used Rustoleum 2k black that I had laying around and sealed it with Alclad clear. I love that stuff. The orange detail has been finish. Still needs overall weathering as well. I went ahead and attached the swivels for the sling as seen in the screenshots. Scope is mounted on a custom mount I made that should do the trick. Btw, it’s a real scope that was used in the series. It has a bit of weight to it, so that’s a concern. This thing is a total beast to say the least.

Sling greeblies are up next and I should be in the home stretch with this damn thing.

Happy Holidays ( Andy Williams Voice ) Fett fans ! As I round out the MK build I thought I’d share a few photos. I still have a bit of weathering to do. The rifle is so damn long that I can’t get any good pictures of it. But you guys will get the idea. I’d say it’s about 99 percent done. Thanks Lazerjock for your kind help on this beast. My wife is going to enjoy it.
Rifle was resin printed 3D
Scope is a found part with a few additions. The shear weight of the rifle was so much that I had to but metal rods in it to reinforce the body. I added real sling swivels along with a real sling to hold the greeblies. Btw references for this thing suck so I did the best I could with what’s available.
