Starting my first Mando today

I cut out the pvc pipe and the outer part, i also cut out the wood pieces for my belt pockets in IA today (there was a substitute in )

I cut out the back of my helmet for the keyslot.... Well lets just say i rushed it and didnt take my time making it centred, Its way out of line!!! AAGGHHHH

That photo doesn't look so bad... glue your keyslot in with a large cardboard border and just fill in until it's straight.

Didn't get a chance on the tint, but did throw together the Lightsaber for the Snow Mando.
I will try to get an LED into the hilt, but this one is just a simple pvc tube that will hold my LED flashlight.

I mean man! I get on here to show my lightsaber build progress to Alpha and then the world and what do I ind, you've gone and made a kick shebs saber of your own! What is this world coming to?

I did a bunch of sanding by hand to fix up the cheeks, they werent up to my likeing

also fixed the keyslot, just cut some off of the other side and gorilla glued it

and for you interest... Im the one in the leather jacket (and please, i am fully aware that i need a haircut )

Everyone in the photo is family, except for the guy leaning on the counter... yes i have 3 brothers :/

Oya, vod. Absolutely right. My girl's the best thing that's ever happened to me. She keeps me out of trouble, and handles all the bills and complicated aspects of our life. All I have to do is go to work and make money, and cook her dinner. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
