Ok i am very excited! Ive started and the base for the helmet is pretty much done!
It feels so great to finally get started my first build

Sweet thanks man. Ya i was watching episode three yesterday night and just looking at all the clones and that popped into my head.

I took the first picture after i assembled the inner layer

I then cut out the outer pieces and taped them on. glue in some places.

oh and does anyone know if tape will mess it up when i apply bondo glass?

Ok at this point i was getting so mad at my sizzors (however you spell it ) because the were so dull, and not just in conversation

Well first im using a thicker printer paper, then i am puting a layer of bondo-glass over top, after a bit of sintra and another layer of bondo later, itll be time to paint ......well after a bit of sanding of course

Alright i dont have any pictures so you will have to go by my word but.. if finished the second cheek and trying to figure out what i am going to do for the dome.

I do have some snowboarding helmet but not sure if that would work :confused
