I threw these together yesterday and finished weathering them.......opinions,
suggestions. As always thanks guys. The bells aren't on a flat surface so they look kinda mis-shaped.

Nope, made them out of the same shower stall plastic as my helmet.

Very sweet, I'm about to paint my bells as well, what weathering method dod you use for all the dents?

I've been using pastels an awful lot, the paintjob is all topical.....the dents were just plain old testors silver. I used dark gray pastels around the very inside rim of the dents to give them a little more depth. Black washed accrylic and a few smudges of black pastel here and there with a cotton ball followed by a nice dose of Testors Dull Cote. Used the same method with the chest armor.

Cool thanks for the info! But on the silver spots it looks like they're outlined in a cream yellow color, so did you sponge on the yellow then the silver over it?

Sorry for all the Q's just wanna get this right.

Yeah, you're right, I painted the cream yellow after spraying the bells yellow, then painted the silver in the dents.

:) same as what I always do! no mustard or whatever... can;t wait to test that out though...

do yuo black wash over ur silver spots? I do, mist aswell, then redo the silver parts after that, gives you 2 colours of silver 2 work with, 1. dulled by mist silver, 2. brighter "new" silver
