I went with the smaller, squarer one due to it resembling the look of the actual light more. It is a little on the short side though. I didn't spend time searching the internet for another option.

Here is a photo with some dimensions basing what is known from the rocket size.

Good find, Chris. The size and shape look bang on. I don't know if I'm reading this correctly, but it looks to me like there are two pieces...the assembly at $39 and the diffused cap at $3.42....and then you need a minimum order. Would you order just the cap and use a different assembly?

I think at that price I'm willing to give up some accuracy for something that small :)
 
Very pricey but as close to the real deal that I have been able to find. Can't say that I am going to jump on buying one of these set ups anytime soon though. Especially with a minimum. But if you could buy the lens & put a different LED behind it that could work. You could just thread the lens right into your gauntlet & bring a light in from the backside instead of buying the whole assembly.

I think I am going to keep looking on this. I don't know if there are any previous threads that cover this on where to locate this light.
 
Awesome find Justin. I think the 6.5 one would be the one to go with base on what I measured on the gauntlet. Need to find a supplier here in the states.

I'm working on it.. that pic you made up is what helped me find that that one .. hopefully We can find an American suppler or we are gonna have to get the Australians involved:D How many Countries does it take to screw in a light bulb? ..the posi-locks just arrived (that was fast) .. they are gonna work great. Thank you again Jc27 for the suggestion....
 
What amazes me been doing some searching & you can find those lights in the UK or Australia. Haven't been able to find a US supplier for a similar light.
 
Sorry to butt in guys, but you mentioned that you had found the lights available in the UK, any chance you can tell me where? Link? Hope you guys manage to find what you're looking for, Happy hunting
 
Hi Daft Aider,

amazon.uk is one place to find the lights. I by myself odered two of them a few days ago. I hope this helps a bit.
