RC Helmet and Armor accessories

I maybe looking into having a mike in my helmet and I was wondering if anybody knew of a mike that sounds sorta like what the military uses and is durable. My other question is if anybody knows how you install cooling pipes or something that'll make wearing your armor comfortable in hot weather.

we've discussed a cooling system on this (and other) boards, and the general consensus is that unless you're willing to spend more than your armor is worth, there's not really any affordable option. you're welcome to try things, and if you find something that works, please share it with the rest of us.
