Ok it has been quite some time for updates but we are still working on it. I want these to be the best they can be. I extending the sides of the chest and did some more detailing and fine tuning to include sanding more. I also changed the detail to angle more on the left shoulder the way it should. I am done with the chest so now it is time to fine tune the back. Once that is done I just have to close off all the open areas to make it ready for vac forming.

My plan is to model this in solidworks then export to sheet metal. Too bad real life is not complying right now.
