Prototype Fett build

Jr Hunter
I'm new here, but 44 year old life-long Fett fan.

I'm considering an all white prototype build. Just love the look of it.

Anyone else have this started or completed? Need some info on armor.

1-since it was preESB, armor should match ESB right?
2- STAR WARS towel was used as cape, but wouldn't the white with grey stripe look better?
3-jumpsuit was white, but some of the figures (toys) released have a light grey suit. This might be just a small detail for the toy, but wouldn't it look better setting the white gloss armor apart from rest of the suit?

Just throwing ideas out there to you guys.

Thanks for all the help.

So your looking on doing small modifications to the super trooper suit? Cool. Not many people would make mods like that so its good to see someone reaching out to new possibilities.

Goodluck,
Alex

I'm currently building one now with Fett 4 Real and from I've learned so far;

1) I believe that is correct, just dentless and a different Flamethrower
2) I also prefer the white cape with grey stripe over the towel. I'll be getting one of those from Woody.
3) I think it'd compliment the white jumpsuit nicely, but I think being all white is what make the Supertrooper a SUPER TROOPER, if that makes sense:lol:

But that's all personal preference. And since there's no current CRL on what's right and wrong, you have some nice flexibility on making it the way you feel is best.

I think you may be confusing the action figure that came out with the actual prototype/supertrooper ( which is fine if that's the one you want to build). Pick whatever look you enjoy the most and have a great time !

If you are actually trying to build the original supertrooper the armor has to be dentless.

The towel ALWAYS looks better!

And if you are modeling after the hasbro figure a gray suit would look cool.

@Verbal21 - there are crls for the mercs out there which are typically much tougher than 501st. They just got posted a couple months ago.
