Hello everyone. Ive been lurking on here every now and again, so im a total n00b to this. Ive been thinking about starting my armor now so Id have it for next halloween. Ill probably do the trash can armor. But I was wondering if anyone has use carbon fiber to make their costumes. I was going to use WOF's templates and cut out a trash can set, then wrap it with CF. Any thoughts or ideas?

If you are going to make trash can armor anyway, I wouldn't bother wrapping it afterwords. From my own experience the Sterilite trash can armor set that I made not only looks pretty good, but is durable as well, and paints up nicely. IMHO you would probably just be putting more effort in for no real pay-off.
