Welcome (and I hope you're staying dry)! Check out the Cargo Hold for items for sale (you can PM the vendors until you have put in the time and posts to reply there), but read everything about your planned build you can find first.

You should be able to... As an example, you can click my forum name (dv8r) above my picture, which should pop up a contextual menu with six items, of which is the second on the left should be Send Message. I just sent you one. You can reply there in your Inbox, and send new messages from there too. Just type in the forum name of the person you're trying to reach.
