need major help with Theese knees

I just got Asok's knee armor in the mail and i love it this will be my first kit I put together. Asok gave me a link on how to put it together BUT I am one of those guys where I need step by step instructions and those few pics are not just cutting it for me. Does any body here have more detailed step by step instructions on putting his knee kits together???
