My profile pic isn't seen on boards

I uploaded a profile pic but it doesn't show in the boards.
I can see it on my profile.
What's the problem? size too large?

Profile pic and AVATAR are not the same thing....set your avatar up and itll show up in threads. Also welcome to TDH
