my first troop as Fett!

Well, I have more work to do, but I met my goal of making my ROTJ SE Fett troopable by May 1st and the Chik-fil-A troop I helped organize via my garrison (Georgia).
Special thanks to: dsonik, Fettdad, Stormtrooperguy, Fettpride, Manowar, Sidewinder, Evolutions, Woodman, ladysewforus and arkady, and countless others!
I have hoses to add, much more weathering (esp. on soft parts), and other tweaks, but here we go...
