Hi everyone!
Decided to make a thread for my ESB Boba Fett costume WIP.
I discovered the Fett fandom in November 2020, shortly after rewatching all the SW movies to prepare for season 2 of The Mandalorian.
Boba really caught my attention in ESB with his badass appearance & silent but intimidating personality.
Long story short, I went down the rabbit hole & discovered dressing up as Boba Fett is an actual hobby. Now I’m basically obsessed, just like most of you haha.
Last summer I tackled the project of seeing how much of a suit I could make by hand to wear to a con in August.
Ended up with a: flight suit, flak vest, neck seal, gloves & rope belt. For the helmet, I used my ESB Black Series. It was very fun but I’m ready for an upgrade.
The goal with my new costume is basic 501st Legion approval.
I’ll be making all the soft parts & painting the armor myself.
I’m excited to share my journey & learn from you guys.
