Mando helmet variation, please help

Hi,
Has anyone tried/succeeded in creating a PDO of Fett and 300 Spartan helmet like the below as I've been trying to modify a Spartan helmet without success? Any help would be gratefully received

Thank you for the link, unfortunately there isn't any PDO's only a ton of tear jerking replies to how awesome it is (which is why I wanted to make it), does anyone have a PDO of it or willing to give me pointers as to how to edit this: Leonidas Helmet Letter - Download - 4shared
