Making EVA foam armor

I am trying to make bounty hunter armor for a fan film. I am using EVA foam and want to attach it to a cloth shirt. How would I go about doing that? I am also making a jetpack. How would I make it secure enough to not wobble around while the actor is running?

Clue velcro at the back of the armor and sew the other part on the shirt.

How would I attach the jetpack? It resembles the one that Sabine Wren has in Rebels.

You could always use clutch backs (tie tack bare backs) and locking pins. They have them on Amazon...

Yes, i got my pins and locking backs from Amazon for my Boba armor.
